​Life Works is an intensive program designed for adults who want to make positive changes and improve their lives. Specifically, Life Works is designed to help participants - 
​
  • obtain and retain better paying jobs
  • get the education &/or vocational training they need to achieve career aspirations
  • rent or buy safe and affordable housing
  • build self esteem and a strong work ethic
Ideal Life Works candidates should (be) -
  • able to work and eager to find full time employment
  • open to learning new approaches to life & different ways to utilize resources
  • motivated 
  • have a desire to build wealth
  • ready to make life changes and willing to accept feedback
The Life Works model offers a team approach with built in support. As a participant, you will work one on one with a coach and create a customized plan that will guide you on this transformational journey. Your assigned coach will be with you every step of the way and will meet with you at least twice a month to help identify personal strengths, assets, goals and career aspirations. Your coach will provide guidance and help remove obstacles creating setbacks, as well as identify important resources and referrals to help you achieve your goals.
