Eligibility Requirements

Outreach serves Polk County NC individuals and families in crisis. Financial assistance is provided through payments from Outreach directly to vendors. No funds are ever distributed directly to individuals. Food assistance is delivered directly to clients who can shop our client choice food pantry.
