Located in Columbus, North Carolina, Outreach provides food & shelter assistance to Polk County individuals and families in need.
Since 1991, we have worked alongside the Polk County community to provide practical support during times of crisis and ongoing hardship. With the help of dedicated staff, volunteers, donors and community partners, we continue to connect neighbors with services that meet immediate needs and support greater stability.
