An influential board from the community and surrounding area within North Carolina, gives Outreach a local and regional presence for networking and in placing the plight of the children and families we serve in the minds and hearts of donors, friends, corporations, foundations and government leadership.  It is through the vision and leadership of the board that Outreach is able to communicate and implement its mission.
