Virtual Race: Running for Relief, Hurricane Helene

The Tryon Half Marathon (THM) & Fall for the Foothills (FFF) 5K is going virtual! Due to the damage Hurricane Helene caused to Harmon Field, our race homebase, this year's THM and FFF 5K will be a virtual event: 

• Register before 11/23/24:   https://runsignup.com/Race/NC/Tryon/TryonHalfMarathon
• commemorative 2024 "Running for Relief" for race tshirt ​and medal will be mailed to you
• choose your race route and run your half marathon or 5K race on the day that works for you
• post your race and tshirt photos to the hashtag: #running4relief
• run solo or in a group - family, friends, co-workers, church members, neighborhood 
• ​all proceeds from this race will go to help Polk County neighbors in need and in crisis
