2026 marks Outreach's 35th Birthday!

We are excited to celebrate throughout the year with you!

Thank You Polk County

Outreach has been voted Favorite Nonprofit in the 2026 Favorites of the Foothills Readers’ Choice Awards!

For 35 years, the support of our community has made it possible for us to provide food, shelter and connections to vital resources for our Polk County neighbors. We are grateful to everyone who voted for Outreach and continues to support our work.

Thank you for allowing us to serve Polk County for 35 years — and for celebrating this milestone with us.

Outreach Ribbon Cutting
