35th Anniversary Celebration Postpone

Our 35th Anniversary Celebration scheduled for Thursday, August 27 has been postponed due to the high probability of severe weather.

We want to ensure that our celebration is fun and safe. Please save the date for Thursday, October 22. We look forward to celebrating 35 years of serving our community together, with you.

Outreach Ribbon Cutting

On Tuesday, June 2, the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Outreach, celebrating renovations done to Outreach thanks to two matching grants from the Polk County Community Foundation and the Lois Miner Barrick Fund grant.
