You're Invited To Celebrate 35 Years With Us!
Join us as we celebrate 35 years of serving Polk County with a night of 90s-themed fun at Outreach!
On Thursday, August 27 from 5:30–7:30 PM, stop by Outreach at 134 White Drive in Columbus for an evening of food and drinks, soft-serve ice cream, live music by the Caribbean Cowboys, Polaroid photos and plenty of 90s nostalgia.
This celebration is free and open to everyone, and no RSVP is required. Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the evening as we celebrate 35 years of Outreach with the community that has been part of our story.

For 35 years, the support of our community has made it possible for us to provide food, shelter and connections to vital resources for our Polk County neighbors. We are grateful to everyone who voted for Outreach and continues to support our work.

Outreach Ribbon Cutting
On Tuesday, June 2, the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Outreach, celebrating renovations done to Outreach thanks to two matching grants from the Polk County Community Foundation and the Lois Miner Barrick Fund grant.
