Outreach Ribbon Cutting

On Tuesday, June 2, the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Outreach, celebrating renovations done to Outreach thanks to two matching grants from the Polk County Community Foundation and the Lois Miner Barrick Fund grant.

2026 Game of Throws Comes To A Close

We had an amazing time at Wolfman Woods Disc Golf Club, June 6th for our 4th Annual Game of Throws Disc Golf Tournament.  Thank you to all of you who supported our mission to provide food & shelter to the Polk County community by participating and competing in the tournament.
