School Supplies Applications Live!
Outreach’s School Supplies Program application is now open for the upcoming school year. All Polk County, NC students are welcome to apply to receive a new backpack and grade-appropriate school supplies to help them start the year prepared and ready to learn.
Applications will be accepted from July 1 through July 31.
Now Accepting School Supplies
Outreach’s School Supplies Program depends on the generosity of our community. Each year, we collect and purchase new backpacks, pencils, notebooks, pens, paper, binders and other essential supplies to support students and teachers across Polk County.
You can help ensure students are prepared and classrooms are stocked by donating supplies by dropping off new backpacks and school supplies at Outreach, located at 134 White Drive, Columbus, NC 28722.

We had an amazing time at Wolfman Woods Disc Golf Club, June 6th for our 4th Annual Game of Throws Disc Golf Tournament. Thank you to all of you who supported our mission to provide food & shelter to the Polk County community by participating and competing in the tournament.
